Product cards show prices excluding VAT; VAT is calculated during cart and checkout.
How do I proceed with quote-only products?+
Quote-only or volume-based products show a Request Quote button. Add them to your quote list and submit a multi-product quote.
Can I see dealer or corporate prices?+
Dealer and corporate members can see special price tiers when configured by the admin.
Where can I track my order?+
After signing in, track order status, payment and delivery steps under My Account > My Orders.
How can I request a multi-product quote?+
Use Add to Quote on product cards, then submit quantities, delivery details and notes on the Multi Quote page.
Is gift wrapping available?+
Gift wrapping appears on eligible products. You can add a card message after the order from your account panel.
Who helps with corporate bulk orders?+
